材料のカットとやすりがけ
天板・脚材・横桟をカットします。カット後に全部材を#120→#240でやすりがけし、角を面取りします。特に天板の上面は丁寧に仕上げます。

脚のペア組み（前後）
脚材2本と横桟1本で前面フレームを作ります。横桟を脚材の内側に当て、クランプで固定後に下穴を開けてビス留めします。直角が出ているかスコヤで必ず確認します。

もう片側のペア組み（後面）
同じ手順で後面フレームを作ります。プランターの重さがかかるため、横桟は脚材の下端から100mm程度の位置に取り付けると安定します。

前後フレームを横桟でつなぐ
前後フレームを左右の横桟でつなぎ台座を完成させます。4本の脚が床に均等に接地するか確認し、グラつく場合は脚の端をやすりで調整します。

天板の取り付け
台座の上に天板を置き、四隅から均等にビス留めします。天板の端が台座より均等にはみ出るように位置を調整してから固定します（前後左右各10〜20mm程度）。

防腐塗装
屋外・屋内問わず水回りに置く場合は防腐処理が必要です。キシラデコールなどの浸透型防腐塗料を全面に2回塗りします。乾燥後に表面をサンディングして再度塗ると仕上がりが美しくなります。
