Which home centers are supported?

Currently Cainz and Komeri are supported. We plan to add more.

Are the prices in the material list real-time?

Prices are updated periodically but may differ from the actual in-store price. Please verify in store or on the retailer's website before purchase.

Where can I watch step-by-step videos for examples?

Step videos are an iOS app-only feature. The author can play them directly. Other users can watch by viewing a rewarded ad (about 30 seconds), purchasing a single example, or subscribing to Premium. The web only shows poster frames.

How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

Cancel from iOS "Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions", or from "Profile > Settings > Manage Subscription" in the app. Premium features remain available until your next renewal date.

My purchase isn't showing up

Try "Profile > Settings > Restore Purchases" in the app. If that doesn't work, please contact support and include your transactionID.
