Measurement and Installation Location Check
≈ 15 minMeasure the installation space for the bench-integrated shoe rack (900×350×450mm). Confirm the width of the entrance area, minimum clearance for passage (600mm or more), and door swing range.

Creating the Cutting List for Parts

Sanding All Parts

- When measuring inner spacing, be consistent measuring inner or outer edges to avoid 5-10mm error.

Attaching Front and Rear Boards (Starting from Bottom)

Stack the following boards with 5mm ventilation slits (one chopstick width) between each. Out of 10 boards total, 5 are for the front and 5 for the rear.

Attaching Side Boards (Left and Right)

Before fixing side boards, adjust the front and rear boards to meet tightly at corners, ensuring edges meet. Measure diagonal length (front to back) with tape and adjust so both diagonals are equal while fixing.

- Not aligning ventilation slits with front/rear boards results in inconsistent appearance.

≈ 15 minCheck the assembled box's right angles and diagonal lengths. Use a carpenter's square to measure four inner angles and check deviation from 90°. Measure both diagonal lengths with tape and confirm difference is within 2mm. If off, loosen screws, straighten with clamps, and retighten.
