キャットタワー一体型ウォークを自作しました。田舎の広い庭を活かしてゆったり目に作りました。ウリンを使ったので、初期費用は張りますが長期的にはこちらが安いと割り切ってます。壁付け板は下地のある場所のみにビス止め。耐荷重 10kg を 3 段確保。次は別のサイズで再チャレンジ予定です。
Steps
完成寸法を採寸し、設置場所のサイズを確認。各部材の長さを決めて切り出し図を作りました。
ホームセンターのカットサービスを利用。1 カット 30 円で精度も出るので、長い直線は基本ここで頼んでます。
穴位置は治具を使って正確にマーキング。複数箇所で揃えるとビスラインが綺麗に通ります。
ボンド + ビスで本体フレームを組み上げ。コーナークランプで直角を維持しながら締め込み。
水準器を 4 方向で当てて水平確認。1 箇所 2mm の浮きがあったので脚の底を削って調整。
