今回はコーナーキャットシェルフにトライ。マンション住まいなので搬入できる寸法を最優先。SPF 2x4 と 1x6 の組み合わせ。慣れた材料なので作業もスムーズ。ジャンプの着地音を抑えるためフェルトを天面に貼ってます。想定以上に綺麗に仕上がって、自分でもびっくり。

Cut

ホームセンターのカットサービスを利用。1 カット 30 円で精度も出るので、長い直線は基本ここで頼んでます。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm

穴位置は治具を使って正確にマーキング。複数箇所で揃えるとビスラインが綺麗に通ります。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly
AssembleSTEP 4 / 5
タイトボンド III と 65mm コーススレッドで本組み。圧着 30 分待つと接着強度が段違いです。
Inspect
No wobble ✓
InspectSTEP 5 / 5
全ビスを最終増し締め。最後にダスターで木屑を払って、これで完成です。
