週末を使ってキッズ用工作台を作りました。天板を成長に合わせてダボ穴 3 段階で高さ調整可能にしました。子供が触っても安全なように角は全部丸めてます。次は別のサイズで再チャレンジ予定です。

ビス径より 1mm 細い下穴を入れる流派。SPF みたいな柔らかい材ほど下穴サボると後悔します。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly

タイトボンド III と 65mm コーススレッドで本組み。圧着 30 分待つと接着強度が段違いです。
Inspect

水準器を 4 方向で当てて水平確認。1 箇所 2mm の浮きがあったので脚の底を削って調整。
