気になっていたコーナーキャットシェルフにようやく挑戦。マンション住まいなので搬入できる寸法を最優先。今回もSPFが主役。1本300円台で揃うのがありがたい。板の角は鉋で R 面取り。爪が引っかからないように仕上げてます。完成までトータル 1 ヶ月、ゆるゆる進めて楽しかったです。

現地でメジャーを当てて、家具との干渉が出ない最大寸法を確定。木取り図を 1 枚にまとめてからホームセンターへ。
Cut

卓上スライド丸鋸でまとめて切断。切断面の直角が出るので、後の組み立てが圧倒的にラクです。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm
DrillSTEP 3 / 5
ビス径より 1mm 細い下穴を入れる流派。SPF みたいな柔らかい材ほど下穴サボると後悔します。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly
AssembleSTEP 4 / 5
ボンド + ビスで本体フレームを組み上げ。コーナークランプで直角を維持しながら締め込み。
Inspect
No wobble ✓
InspectSTEP 5 / 5
全ビスを最終増し締め。最後にダスターで木屑を払って、これで完成です。
