市販品ではしっくりこなかったので猫用隠れ家付きウォークを自分で組みました。一人暮らしなので一人で組み立てられる構造に。メイン材は今回もイタウバ。雨ざらしでも 10 年は安心です。板の角は鉋で R 面取り。爪が引っかからないように仕上げてます。想定以上に綺麗に仕上がって、自分でもびっくり。

Cut

切る前に治具をクランプで固定して、ガイド付きで切断。フリーハンドより遥かに直線が出ます。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm

ビス径より 1mm 細い下穴を入れる流派。SPF みたいな柔らかい材ほど下穴サボると後悔します。
