市販品ではしっくりこなかったのでミニキャットウォークを自分で組みました。マンション住まいなので搬入できる寸法を最優先。壁付け板は下地のある場所のみにビス止め。耐荷重 10kg を 3 段確保。想定以上に綺麗に仕上がって、自分でもびっくり。

Cut

切る前に治具をクランプで固定して、ガイド付きで切断。フリーハンドより遥かに直線が出ます。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm

穴位置は治具を使って正確にマーキング。複数箇所で揃えるとビスラインが綺麗に通ります。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly

鬼目ナットを使って分解可能な構造に。引っ越し対応も視野に入れたモジュール設計です。
Inspect
No wobble ✓

全ビスを最終増し締め。最後にダスターで木屑を払って、これで完成です。
