折りたたみ壁掛けデスクを自作しました。一人暮らしなので一人で組み立てられる構造に。天板の奥行きを 600mm 取って、モニター + ノート PC + サブ資料が並ぶ広さに。塗料は食品衛生法適合品。子供がなめても大丈夫なものに統一。想定以上に綺麗に仕上がって、自分でもびっくり。
Steps
間取り図に実寸を書き込んで、棚 1 段ずつの高さと幅を割り出し。最終チェックは現場合わせ。
ゼットソーの替刃で手鋸カット。電動と違って騒音気にせず夜でも作業できるのが地味に便利。
ビス径より 1mm 細い下穴を入れる流派。SPF みたいな柔らかい材ほど下穴サボると後悔します。
鬼目ナットを使って分解可能な構造に。引っ越し対応も視野に入れたモジュール設計です。
完成後にガタつきと水平を確認。気になる箇所はサンドペーパーで微調整して仕上げました。
