市販品ではしっくりこなかったので棚板式キャットウォークを自分で組みました。賃貸でも置けるサイズで設計してます。ハードウッド (ウリン) を選択。重さと固さに作業中泣かされました。壁付け板は下地のある場所のみにビス止め。耐荷重 10kg を 3 段確保。次は別のサイズで再チャレンジ予定です。

Cut

卓上スライド丸鋸でまとめて切断。切断面の直角が出るので、後の組み立てが圧倒的にラクです。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm

ビス止め位置に 3mm の下穴を開けて木割れを防止。皿取りビットで皿ビスが面一になるよう座ぐりも一緒に。
Build the frame

鬼目ナットを使って分解可能な構造に。引っ越し対応も視野に入れたモジュール設計です。
