今回はブランコにトライ。扉は指挟み防止のソフトクローズ蝶番を使ってます。子供が触っても安全なように角は全部丸めてます。この作品で DIY のモチベがまた上がりました。

コンベックスで 3 回測って数値を揃えました。ここで 1mm でもズレるとあとで響くので慎重に。
Cut

ゼットソーの替刃で手鋸カット。電動と違って騒音気にせず夜でも作業できるのが地味に便利。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm

穴位置は治具を使って正確にマーキング。複数箇所で揃えるとビスラインが綺麗に通ります。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly
AssembleSTEP 4 / 5
ボンド + ビスで本体フレームを組み上げ。コーナークランプで直角を維持しながら締め込み。
Inspect
No wobble ✓
InspectSTEP 5 / 5
実際に荷重を載せてみて、軋みやたわみが出ないかチェック。問題なしで完成です。
