気になっていたコンパクトダイニングテーブルにようやく挑戦。賃貸でも置けるサイズで設計してます。ハードメープルは硬くて加工が大変ですが、傷が付きにくいので食卓向きです。費用対効果も高くて満足です。

Cut

ゼットソーの替刃で手鋸カット。電動と違って騒音気にせず夜でも作業できるのが地味に便利。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm
DrillSTEP 3 / 5
ビス止め位置に 3mm の下穴を開けて木割れを防止。皿取りビットで皿ビスが面一になるよう座ぐりも一緒に。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly

下から積み上げる順で仮組み → 直角確認 → 本締めの 3 ステップで進行。焦らないのがコツ。
Inspect

実際に荷重を載せてみて、軋みやたわみが出ないかチェック。問題なしで完成です。
