週末を使ってミニキャットウォークを作りました。賃貸でも置けるサイズで設計してます。板の角は鉋で R 面取り。爪が引っかからないように仕上げてます。想定以上に綺麗に仕上がって、自分でもびっくり。

間取り図に実寸を書き込んで、棚 1 段ずつの高さと幅を割り出し。最終チェックは現場合わせ。
Cut

切る前に治具をクランプで固定して、ガイド付きで切断。フリーハンドより遥かに直線が出ます。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm
DrillSTEP 3 / 5
ビス径より 1mm 細い下穴を入れる流派。SPF みたいな柔らかい材ほど下穴サボると後悔します。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly
AssembleSTEP 4 / 5
タイトボンド III と 65mm コーススレッドで本組み。圧着 30 分待つと接着強度が段違いです。
Inspect
No wobble ✓
InspectSTEP 5 / 5
水準器を 4 方向で当てて水平確認。1 箇所 2mm の浮きがあったので脚の底を削って調整。
