週末を使って壁付けキャットステップを作りました。一人暮らしなので一人で組み立てられる構造に。ハードウッド (ウリン) を選択。重さと固さに作業中泣かされました。板の角は鉋で R 面取り。爪が引っかからないように仕上げてます。次は別のサイズで再チャレンジ予定です。

Cut

切る前に治具をクランプで固定して、ガイド付きで切断。フリーハンドより遥かに直線が出ます。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm
DrillSTEP 3 / 5
ビス径より 1mm 細い下穴を入れる流派。SPF みたいな柔らかい材ほど下穴サボると後悔します。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly
AssembleSTEP 4 / 5
ボンド + ビスで本体フレームを組み上げ。コーナークランプで直角を維持しながら締め込み。
Inspect
No wobble ✓
InspectSTEP 5 / 5
水準器を 4 方向で当てて水平確認。1 箇所 2mm の浮きがあったので脚の底を削って調整。
