オープン収納棚を自作しました。マンション住まいなので搬入できる寸法を最優先。材料はおなじみのSPF、コスパ重視でいきました。下穴と皿取りビットで木栓仕上げにしたら、表面のビス頭が消えて綺麗です。家族にも好評で作って良かった。

Cut

ゼットソーの替刃で手鋸カット。電動と違って騒音気にせず夜でも作業できるのが地味に便利。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm

ビス止め位置に 3mm の下穴を開けて木割れを防止。皿取りビットで皿ビスが面一になるよう座ぐりも一緒に。

水準器を 4 方向で当てて水平確認。1 箇所 2mm の浮きがあったので脚の底を削って調整。
