週末を使ってブランコを作りました。メイン材は今回もイタウバ。雨ざらしでも 10 年は安心です。天板を成長に合わせてダボ穴 3 段階で高さ調整可能にしました。塗料は食品衛生法適合品。子供がなめても大丈夫なものに統一。費用対効果も高くて満足です。

Cut

切る前に治具をクランプで固定して、ガイド付きで切断。フリーハンドより遥かに直線が出ます。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm

ビス径より 1mm 細い下穴を入れる流派。SPF みたいな柔らかい材ほど下穴サボると後悔します。
