市販品ではしっくりこなかったので物置兼作業台を自分で組みました。扉は南京錠が掛けられる金具を付けて、防犯面もケア。家族にも好評で作って良かった。

Cut

丸鋸 / 手鋸で部材をカット。墨線の外側 0.5mm をターゲットに、仕上げで微調整しました。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm
DrillSTEP 3 / 5
ビス径より 1mm 細い下穴を入れる流派。SPF みたいな柔らかい材ほど下穴サボると後悔します。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly
AssembleSTEP 4 / 5
ボンド + ビスで本体フレームを組み上げ。コーナークランプで直角を維持しながら締め込み。
Inspect
No wobble ✓
InspectSTEP 5 / 5
全ビスを最終増し締め。最後にダスターで木屑を払って、これで完成です。
