今回は棚板式キャットウォークにトライ。マンション住まいなので搬入できる寸法を最優先。メイン材は今回もイタウバ。雨ざらしでも 10 年は安心です。板の角は鉋で R 面取り。爪が引っかからないように仕上げてます。完成までトータル 1 ヶ月、ゆるゆる進めて楽しかったです。

現地でメジャーを当てて、家具との干渉が出ない最大寸法を確定。木取り図を 1 枚にまとめてからホームセンターへ。
Cut

ゼットソーの替刃で手鋸カット。電動と違って騒音気にせず夜でも作業できるのが地味に便利。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm

穴位置は治具を使って正確にマーキング。複数箇所で揃えるとビスラインが綺麗に通ります。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly
AssembleSTEP 4 / 5
タイトボンド III と 65mm コーススレッドで本組み。圧着 30 分待つと接着強度が段違いです。
Inspect
No wobble ✓
InspectSTEP 5 / 5
全ビスを最終増し締め。最後にダスターで木屑を払って、これで完成です。
