気になっていたコンパクトダイニングテーブルにようやく挑戦。賃貸でも置けるサイズで設計してます。ハードメープルは硬くて加工が大変ですが、傷が付きにくいので食卓向きです。家族にも好評で作って良かった。
Steps
コンベックスで 3 回測って数値を揃えました。ここで 1mm でもズレるとあとで響くので慎重に。
材料 1 本ずつにカット位置を罫書き。スコヤを当てて鉛筆で直角線を引きます。
切る前に治具をクランプで固定して、ガイド付きで切断。フリーハンドより遥かに直線が出ます。
切断面と表面を 240 番までサンドペーパーで研磨。角は鉋で軽く面取り。
ビス径より 1mm 細い下穴を入れる流派。SPF みたいな柔らかい材ほど下穴サボると後悔します。
タイトボンド III と 65mm コーススレッドで本組み。圧着 30 分待つと接着強度が段違いです。
アサヒペンの水性ステイン (オーク) を刷毛で 1 度塗り → 拭き取りで濃淡コントロール。
