オープン収納棚を自作しました。SPF 2x4 と 1x6 の組み合わせ。慣れた材料なので作業もスムーズ。石膏ボードアンカー (ニトムズ) で棚 1 段あたり 30kg まで耐荷重を確保。結果には満足してます。
Steps
コンベックスで 3 回測って数値を揃えました。ここで 1mm でもズレるとあとで響くので慎重に。
材料の表裏とも墨を入れて、切る側を分かりやすく印付け。捨てる側にバツ印を入れる癖をつけてます。
丸鋸 / 手鋸で部材をカット。墨線の外側 0.5mm をターゲットに、仕上げで微調整しました。
サンディング後はエアダスターで木粉を完全除去。塗装前のひと手間で塗りムラが減ります。
ビス径より 1mm 細い下穴を入れる流派。SPF みたいな柔らかい材ほど下穴サボると後悔します。
タイトボンド III と 65mm コーススレッドで本組み。圧着 30 分待つと接着強度が段違いです。
ブライワックスのジャコビーンを布で擦り込み。1 時間置いてからウエスで磨くと自然な艶が出ます。
