市販品ではしっくりこなかったのでキッズチェアを自分で組みました。天板を成長に合わせてダボ穴 3 段階で高さ調整可能にしました。完成までトータル 1 ヶ月、ゆるゆる進めて楽しかったです。

Cut

ホームセンターのカットサービスを利用。1 カット 30 円で精度も出るので、長い直線は基本ここで頼んでます。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm

ビス止め位置に 3mm の下穴を開けて木割れを防止。皿取りビットで皿ビスが面一になるよう座ぐりも一緒に。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly

Inspect

全ビスを最終増し締め。最後にダスターで木屑を払って、これで完成です。
