気になっていたキッズチェアにようやく挑戦。扉は指挟み防止のソフトクローズ蝶番を使ってます。ホームセンター店員さんに相談しながら進めたのが良かった。

Cut
Use the in-store cut service

切る前に治具をクランプで固定して、ガイド付きで切断。フリーハンドより遥かに直線が出ます。
Sand
#120 → #240

棒ヤスリで木口の繊維方向に沿って軽く面取り。塗装ノリが目に見えて変わります。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm

下穴ドリル 2.5mm + 皿取り兼用ビットで一発開け。木口の割れリスクを最小化。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly
AssembleSTEP 6 / 7
ボンド + ビスで本体フレームを組み上げ。コーナークランプで直角を維持しながら締め込み。
Paint
Watco oil / varnish

蜜蝋ワックスでシンプル仕上げ。室内で使うので食品衛生法適合の塗料を選びました。
