週末を使って背もたれ付きベンチを作りました。屋外用なのでキシラデコール 3 度塗り。1 年経ちますが色褪せ最小限。子供が触っても安全なように角は全部丸めてます。次は別のサイズで再チャレンジ予定です。

Cut

卓上スライド丸鋸でまとめて切断。切断面の直角が出るので、後の組み立てが圧倒的にラクです。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm

ビス径より 1mm 細い下穴を入れる流派。SPF みたいな柔らかい材ほど下穴サボると後悔します。
Build the frame

鬼目ナットを使って分解可能な構造に。引っ越し対応も視野に入れたモジュール設計です。

全ビスを最終増し締め。最後にダスターで木屑を払って、これで完成です。
