市販品ではしっくりこなかったのでコーナーベンチを自分で組みました。マンション住まいなので搬入できる寸法を最優先。座面と脚の接合は ボンド + ビス + ダボで 3 重に補強。完成までトータル 1 ヶ月、ゆるゆる進めて楽しかったです。

Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm

下穴ドリル 2.5mm + 皿取り兼用ビットで一発開け。木口の割れリスクを最小化。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly
AssembleSTEP 4 / 5
ボンド + ビスで本体フレームを組み上げ。コーナークランプで直角を維持しながら締め込み。
Inspect
No wobble ✓

実際に荷重を載せてみて、軋みやたわみが出ないかチェック。問題なしで完成です。
