気になっていた棚付きデスクにようやく挑戦。天板の奥行きを 600mm 取って、モニター + ノート PC + サブ資料が並ぶ広さに。家族にも好評で作って良かった。

間取り図に実寸を書き込んで、棚 1 段ずつの高さと幅を割り出し。最終チェックは現場合わせ。
Mark a line

曲尺で直角を出しつつ墨線。1mm の差が後々響くので、シャーペンの 0.5mm で細めに引きました。
Cut

ゼットソーの替刃で手鋸カット。電動と違って騒音気にせず夜でも作業できるのが地味に便利。
Sand

棒ヤスリで木口の繊維方向に沿って軽く面取り。塗装ノリが目に見えて変わります。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm

穴位置は治具を使って正確にマーキング。複数箇所で揃えるとビスラインが綺麗に通ります。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly
AssembleSTEP 6 / 7
ボンド + ビスで本体フレームを組み上げ。コーナークランプで直角を維持しながら締め込み。
Paint
Watco oil / varnish

オスモのクリアでナチュラル仕上げ。木目を活かしたい時はこれ一択です。
