週末を使って店舗ディスプレイ棚を作りました。今回もSPFが主役。1本300円台で揃うのがありがたい。間柱センサーで下地を確認してからビス位置を決めました。次は別のサイズで再チャレンジ予定です。

間取り図に実寸を書き込んで、棚 1 段ずつの高さと幅を割り出し。最終チェックは現場合わせ。
Cut

丸鋸 / 手鋸で部材をカット。墨線の外側 0.5mm をターゲットに、仕上げで微調整しました。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm

ビス止め位置に 3mm の下穴を開けて木割れを防止。皿取りビットで皿ビスが面一になるよう座ぐりも一緒に。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly

鬼目ナットを使って分解可能な構造に。引っ越し対応も視野に入れたモジュール設計です。
Inspect

完成後にガタつきと水平を確認。気になる箇所はサンドペーパーで微調整して仕上げました。
