市販品ではしっくりこなかったのでリビング収納ボードを自分で組みました。後ろに 30mm の自在錐で配線穴を開けたので、コードが綺麗に処理できます。完成までトータル 1 ヶ月、ゆるゆる進めて楽しかったです。

材料の表裏とも墨を入れて、切る側を分かりやすく印付け。捨てる側にバツ印を入れる癖をつけてます。
Cut

丸鋸 / 手鋸で部材をカット。墨線の外側 0.5mm をターゲットに、仕上げで微調整しました。
Sand

棒ヤスリで木口の繊維方向に沿って軽く面取り。塗装ノリが目に見えて変わります。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm

穴位置は治具を使って正確にマーキング。複数箇所で揃えるとビスラインが綺麗に通ります。
