気になっていた子供用ローダイニングテーブルにようやく挑戦。マンション住まいなので搬入できる寸法を最優先。メイン材は今回もイタウバ。雨ざらしでも 10 年は安心です。ハードメープルは硬くて加工が大変ですが、傷が付きにくいので食卓向きです。この作品で DIY のモチベがまた上がりました。

Cut

切る前に治具をクランプで固定して、ガイド付きで切断。フリーハンドより遥かに直線が出ます。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm

下穴ドリル 2.5mm + 皿取り兼用ビットで一発開け。木口の割れリスクを最小化。
Build the frame
