ペット用おもちゃ収納ボックスを自作しました。一人暮らしなので一人で組み立てられる構造に。通気性のため側面にスリットを 5 箇所入れて湿気と臭いを抜く構造に。家族にも好評で作って良かった。

Cut

切る前に治具をクランプで固定して、ガイド付きで切断。フリーハンドより遥かに直線が出ます。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm

穴位置は治具を使って正確にマーキング。複数箇所で揃えるとビスラインが綺麗に通ります。
Build the frame

鬼目ナットを使って分解可能な構造に。引っ越し対応も視野に入れたモジュール設計です。

水準器を 4 方向で当てて水平確認。1 箇所 2mm の浮きがあったので脚の底を削って調整。
