気になっていた丸型ダイニングテーブルにようやく挑戦。マンション住まいなので搬入できる寸法を最優先。メイン材は今回もイタウバ。雨ざらしでも 10 年は安心です。天板はオイル仕上げ (ワトコ ナチュラル)。3 度塗りで木目がくっきり出ました。ホームセンター店員さんに相談しながら進めたのが良かった。
Steps
間取り図に実寸を書き込んで、棚 1 段ずつの高さと幅を割り出し。最終チェックは現場合わせ。
ゼットソーの替刃で手鋸カット。電動と違って騒音気にせず夜でも作業できるのが地味に便利。
穴位置は治具を使って正確にマーキング。複数箇所で揃えるとビスラインが綺麗に通ります。
鬼目ナットを使って分解可能な構造に。引っ越し対応も視野に入れたモジュール設計です。
実際に荷重を載せてみて、軋みやたわみが出ないかチェック。問題なしで完成です。
