気になっていた壁面一体型キャットタワーにようやく挑戦。賃貸でも置けるサイズで設計してます。ウリンを使ったので、初期費用は張りますが長期的にはこちらが安いと割り切ってます。ハンモック部はキャンバス地、洗濯機で丸洗い可能にしました。次は別のサイズで再チャレンジ予定です。
Steps
猫の身体に合わせて段の間隔を 350mm に設定。ジャンプ可能な距離を意識してます。
支柱用 2x4 を 1500mm、棚板 (1x10) を 400mm にカット。本数分まとめて切り出し。
猫の爪が引っかからないよう、棚板の角は鉋でしっかり R 面取りしました。
支柱と棚板の接続用に 5mm の下穴を貫通。ボルト + 鬼目ナットで分解可能に。
ベース → 支柱 → 棚板の順に組み立て。ベース板は MDF 2 枚重ねで重心低めに。
支柱に麻ロープを 6mm 隙間ゼロで巻き付け。爪研ぎ機能を兼用してます。
完成。安定感は市販品の比じゃないと自負してます。猫もすぐ気に入ってくれました。

支柱の根本固定、ビス＋ボンドで補強されてるのが見えます。長年使えそう
