市販品ではしっくりこなかったので丸型ダイニングテーブルを自分で組みました。賃貸でも置けるサイズで設計してます。ハードウッド (ウリン) を選択。重さと固さに作業中泣かされました。脚はホゾ組みで強度を確保。組んだ後の安定感が違います。子供が触っても安全なように角は全部丸めてます。次は別のサイズで再チャレンジ予定です。
Steps
コンベックスで 3 回測って数値を揃えました。ここで 1mm でもズレるとあとで響くので慎重に。
ゼットソーの替刃で手鋸カット。電動と違って騒音気にせず夜でも作業できるのが地味に便利。
ビス径より 1mm 細い下穴を入れる流派。SPF みたいな柔らかい材ほど下穴サボると後悔します。
タイトボンド III と 65mm コーススレッドで本組み。圧着 30 分待つと接着強度が段違いです。
全ビスを最終増し締め。最後にダスターで木屑を払って、これで完成です。
