気になっていたランドリーラックにようやく挑戦。下穴と皿取りビットで木栓仕上げにしたら、表面のビス頭が消えて綺麗です。ホームセンター店員さんに相談しながら進めたのが良かった。
Steps
コンベックスで 3 回測って数値を揃えました。ここで 1mm でもズレるとあとで響くので慎重に。
材料 1 本ずつにカット位置を罫書き。スコヤを当てて鉛筆で直角線を引きます。
ホームセンターのカットサービスを利用。1 カット 30 円で精度も出るので、長い直線は基本ここで頼んでます。
切断面と表面を 240 番までサンドペーパーで研磨。角は鉋で軽く面取り。
穴位置は治具を使って正確にマーキング。複数箇所で揃えるとビスラインが綺麗に通ります。
ボンド + ビスで本体フレームを組み上げ。コーナークランプで直角を維持しながら締め込み。
蜜蝋ワックスでシンプル仕上げ。室内で使うので食品衛生法適合の塗料を選びました。
