今回はキッチン吊り棚にトライ。田舎の広い庭を活かしてゆったり目に作りました。下穴と皿取りビットで木栓仕上げにしたら、表面のビス頭が消えて綺麗です。次は別のサイズで再チャレンジ予定です。
Steps
コンベックスで 3 回測って数値を揃えました。ここで 1mm でもズレるとあとで響くので慎重に。
曲尺で直角を出しつつ墨線。1mm の差が後々響くので、シャーペンの 0.5mm で細めに引きました。
ホームセンターのカットサービスを利用。1 カット 30 円で精度も出るので、長い直線は基本ここで頼んでます。
サンディング後はエアダスターで木粉を完全除去。塗装前のひと手間で塗りムラが減ります。
下穴ドリル 2.5mm + 皿取り兼用ビットで一発開け。木口の割れリスクを最小化。
鬼目ナットを使って分解可能な構造に。引っ越し対応も視野に入れたモジュール設計です。
オスモのクリアでナチュラル仕上げ。木目を活かしたい時はこれ一択です。
