今回はアンティーク風壁棚にトライ。賃貸でも置けるサイズで設計してます。間柱センサーで下地を確認してからビス位置を決めました。家族にも好評で作って良かった。

Cut

卓上スライド丸鋸でまとめて切断。切断面の直角が出るので、後の組み立てが圧倒的にラクです。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm

ビス径より 1mm 細い下穴を入れる流派。SPF みたいな柔らかい材ほど下穴サボると後悔します。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly
AssembleSTEP 4 / 5
下から積み上げる順で仮組み → 直角確認 → 本締めの 3 ステップで進行。焦らないのがコツ。
Inspect
No wobble ✓

実際に荷重を載せてみて、軋みやたわみが出ないかチェック。問題なしで完成です。
