週末を使って子供用ローダイニングテーブルを作りました。マンション住まいなので搬入できる寸法を最優先。ハードウッド (ウリン) を選択。重さと固さに作業中泣かされました。天板はオイル仕上げ (ワトコ ナチュラル)。3 度塗りで木目がくっきり出ました。費用対効果も高くて満足です。

Cut

ホームセンターのカットサービスを利用。1 カット 30 円で精度も出るので、長い直線は基本ここで頼んでます。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm
DrillSTEP 3 / 5
下穴ドリル 2.5mm + 皿取り兼用ビットで一発開け。木口の割れリスクを最小化。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly
AssembleSTEP 4 / 5
ボンド + ビスで本体フレームを組み上げ。コーナークランプで直角を維持しながら締め込み。
Inspect
No wobble ✓
InspectSTEP 5 / 5
完成後にガタつきと水平を確認。気になる箇所はサンドペーパーで微調整して仕上げました。
