市販品ではしっくりこなかったので店舗ディスプレイ棚を自分で組みました。一人暮らしなので一人で組み立てられる構造に。間柱センサーで下地を確認してからビス位置を決めました。結果には満足してます。

Cut

切る前に治具をクランプで固定して、ガイド付きで切断。フリーハンドより遥かに直線が出ます。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm

ビス径より 1mm 細い下穴を入れる流派。SPF みたいな柔らかい材ほど下穴サボると後悔します。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly

鬼目ナットを使って分解可能な構造に。引っ越し対応も視野に入れたモジュール設計です。
Inspect
No wobble ✓

全ビスを最終増し締め。最後にダスターで木屑を払って、これで完成です。
