6人掛けダイニングテーブルを自作しました。天板はオイル仕上げ (ワトコ ナチュラル)。3 度塗りで木目がくっきり出ました。想定以上に綺麗に仕上がって、自分でもびっくり。

Cut

丸鋸 / 手鋸で部材をカット。墨線の外側 0.5mm をターゲットに、仕上げで微調整しました。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm

穴位置は治具を使って正確にマーキング。複数箇所で揃えるとビスラインが綺麗に通ります。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly

鬼目ナットを使って分解可能な構造に。引っ越し対応も視野に入れたモジュール設計です。
