今回はアイアン脚TV台にトライ。一人暮らしなので一人で組み立てられる構造に。後ろに 30mm の自在錐で配線穴を開けたので、コードが綺麗に処理できます。費用対効果も高くて満足です。
Steps
コンベックスで 3 回測って数値を揃えました。ここで 1mm でもズレるとあとで響くので慎重に。
曲尺で直角を出しつつ墨線。1mm の差が後々響くので、シャーペンの 0.5mm で細めに引きました。
卓上スライド丸鋸でまとめて切断。切断面の直角が出るので、後の組み立てが圧倒的にラクです。
棒ヤスリで木口の繊維方向に沿って軽く面取り。塗装ノリが目に見えて変わります。
穴位置は治具を使って正確にマーキング。複数箇所で揃えるとビスラインが綺麗に通ります。
鬼目ナットを使って分解可能な構造に。引っ越し対応も視野に入れたモジュール設計です。
オスモのクリアでナチュラル仕上げ。木目を活かしたい時はこれ一択です。
