週末を使って作業部屋工具棚を作りました。メイン材は今回もイタウバ。雨ざらしでも 10 年は安心です。下穴と皿取りビットで木栓仕上げにしたら、表面のビス頭が消えて綺麗です。子供が触っても安全なように角は全部丸めてます。結果には満足してます。

完成寸法を採寸し、設置場所のサイズを確認。各部材の長さを決めて切り出し図を作りました。
Cut

切る前に治具をクランプで固定して、ガイド付きで切断。フリーハンドより遥かに直線が出ます。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm

穴位置は治具を使って正確にマーキング。複数箇所で揃えるとビスラインが綺麗に通ります。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly

鬼目ナットを使って分解可能な構造に。引っ越し対応も視野に入れたモジュール設計です。

水準器を 4 方向で当てて水平確認。1 箇所 2mm の浮きがあったので脚の底を削って調整。
