子供部屋絵本棚を自作しました。マンション住まいなので搬入できる寸法を最優先。今回もSPFが主役。1本300円台で揃うのがありがたい。間柱センサーで下地を確認してからビス位置を決めました。家族にも好評で作って良かった。

Cut

ホームセンターのカットサービスを利用。1 カット 30 円で精度も出るので、長い直線は基本ここで頼んでます。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm
DrillSTEP 3 / 5
下穴ドリル 2.5mm + 皿取り兼用ビットで一発開け。木口の割れリスクを最小化。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly
AssembleSTEP 4 / 5
タイトボンド III と 65mm コーススレッドで本組み。圧着 30 分待つと接着強度が段違いです。
Inspect
No wobble ✓
InspectSTEP 5 / 5
全ビスを最終増し締め。最後にダスターで木屑を払って、これで完成です。
