今回はランドリーラックにトライ。ウリンを使ったので、初期費用は張りますが長期的にはこちらが安いと割り切ってます。石膏ボードアンカー (ニトムズ) で棚 1 段あたり 30kg まで耐荷重を確保。費用対効果も高くて満足です。
Steps
Measure

コンベックスで 3 回測って数値を揃えました。ここで 1mm でもズレるとあとで響くので慎重に。
Cut
Use the in-store cut service

切る前に治具をクランプで固定して、ガイド付きで切断。フリーハンドより遥かに直線が出ます。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm
DrillSTEP 3 / 5
ビス止め位置に 3mm の下穴を開けて木割れを防止。皿取りビットで皿ビスが面一になるよう座ぐりも一緒に。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly
AssembleSTEP 4 / 5
下から積み上げる順で仮組み → 直角確認 → 本締めの 3 ステップで進行。焦らないのがコツ。
Inspect
No wobble ✓
InspectSTEP 5 / 5
実際に荷重を載せてみて、軋みやたわみが出ないかチェック。問題なしで完成です。

棚板のたわみ対策ばっちりですね。ダボの追加が効いてそう
