週末を使ってキャンプ用キッズチェアを作りました。賃貸でも置けるサイズで設計してます。SPF 2x4 と 1x6 の組み合わせ。慣れた材料なので作業もスムーズ。天板を成長に合わせてダボ穴 3 段階で高さ調整可能にしました。子供が触っても安全なように角は全部丸めてます。想定以上に綺麗に仕上がって、自分でもびっくり。

Cut

ホームセンターのカットサービスを利用。1 カット 30 円で精度も出るので、長い直線は基本ここで頼んでます。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm

ビス止め位置に 3mm の下穴を開けて木割れを防止。皿取りビットで皿ビスが面一になるよう座ぐりも一緒に。
Build the frame

鬼目ナットを使って分解可能な構造に。引っ越し対応も視野に入れたモジュール設計です。
Inspect

完成後にガタつきと水平を確認。気になる箇所はサンドペーパーで微調整して仕上げました。
