市販品ではしっくりこなかったので作業部屋工具棚を自分で組みました。材料はおなじみのSPF、コスパ重視でいきました。石膏ボードアンカー (ニトムズ) で棚 1 段あたり 30kg まで耐荷重を確保。塗料は食品衛生法適合品。子供がなめても大丈夫なものに統一。ホームセンター店員さんに相談しながら進めたのが良かった。
Steps
コンベックスで 3 回測って数値を揃えました。ここで 1mm でもズレるとあとで響くので慎重に。
丸鋸 / 手鋸で部材をカット。墨線の外側 0.5mm をターゲットに、仕上げで微調整しました。
穴位置は治具を使って正確にマーキング。複数箇所で揃えるとビスラインが綺麗に通ります。
ボンド + ビスで本体フレームを組み上げ。コーナークランプで直角を維持しながら締め込み。
実際に荷重を載せてみて、軋みやたわみが出ないかチェック。問題なしで完成です。
