バスルーム棚を自作しました。一人暮らしなので一人で組み立てられる構造に。下穴と皿取りビットで木栓仕上げにしたら、表面のビス頭が消えて綺麗です。家族にも好評で作って良かった。
Steps
間取り図に実寸を書き込んで、棚 1 段ずつの高さと幅を割り出し。最終チェックは現場合わせ。
曲尺で直角を出しつつ墨線。1mm の差が後々響くので、シャーペンの 0.5mm で細めに引きました。
ゼットソーの替刃で手鋸カット。電動と違って騒音気にせず夜でも作業できるのが地味に便利。
棒ヤスリで木口の繊維方向に沿って軽く面取り。塗装ノリが目に見えて変わります。
穴位置は治具を使って正確にマーキング。複数箇所で揃えるとビスラインが綺麗に通ります。
ボンド + ビスで本体フレームを組み上げ。コーナークランプで直角を維持しながら締め込み。
ブライワックスのジャコビーンを布で擦り込み。1 時間置いてからウエスで磨くと自然な艶が出ます。
