今回はカフェ風ダイニングテーブルにトライ。一人暮らしなので一人で組み立てられる構造に。ハードメープルは硬くて加工が大変ですが、傷が付きにくいので食卓向きです。ホームセンター店員さんに相談しながら進めたのが良かった。

Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm

ビス径より 1mm 細い下穴を入れる流派。SPF みたいな柔らかい材ほど下穴サボると後悔します。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly

タイトボンド III と 65mm コーススレッドで本組み。圧着 30 分待つと接着強度が段違いです。
Inspect
No wobble ✓

完成後にガタつきと水平を確認。気になる箇所はサンドペーパーで微調整して仕上げました。
