週末を使って6人掛けダイニングテーブルを作りました。脚はホゾ組みで強度を確保。組んだ後の安定感が違います。塗料は食品衛生法適合品。子供がなめても大丈夫なものに統一。この作品で DIY のモチベがまた上がりました。

Cut

切る前に治具をクランプで固定して、ガイド付きで切断。フリーハンドより遥かに直線が出ます。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm
DrillSTEP 3 / 5
下穴ドリル 2.5mm + 皿取り兼用ビットで一発開け。木口の割れリスクを最小化。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly
AssembleSTEP 4 / 5
下から積み上げる順で仮組み → 直角確認 → 本締めの 3 ステップで進行。焦らないのがコツ。
Inspect
No wobble ✓

実際に荷重を載せてみて、軋みやたわみが出ないかチェック。問題なしで完成です。
