今回はシンプル壁面棚にトライ。一人暮らしなので一人で組み立てられる構造に。今回もSPFが主役。1本300円台で揃うのがありがたい。石膏ボードアンカー (ニトムズ) で棚 1 段あたり 30kg まで耐荷重を確保。次は別のサイズで再チャレンジ予定です。
Steps
コンベックスで 3 回測って数値を揃えました。ここで 1mm でもズレるとあとで響くので慎重に。
卓上スライド丸鋸でまとめて切断。切断面の直角が出るので、後の組み立てが圧倒的にラクです。
穴位置は治具を使って正確にマーキング。複数箇所で揃えるとビスラインが綺麗に通ります。
鬼目ナットを使って分解可能な構造に。引っ越し対応も視野に入れたモジュール設計です。
水準器を 4 方向で当てて水平確認。1 箇所 2mm の浮きがあったので脚の底を削って調整。
