週末を使って公園風ベンチを作りました。マンション住まいなので搬入できる寸法を最優先。座面と脚の接合は ボンド + ビス + ダボで 3 重に補強。想定以上に綺麗に仕上がって、自分でもびっくり。
Steps
コンベックスで 3 回測って数値を揃えました。ここで 1mm でもズレるとあとで響くので慎重に。
材料 1 本ずつにカット位置を罫書き。スコヤを当てて鉛筆で直角線を引きます。
ゼットソーの替刃で手鋸カット。電動と違って騒音気にせず夜でも作業できるのが地味に便利。
サンディング後はエアダスターで木粉を完全除去。塗装前のひと手間で塗りムラが減ります。
ビス径より 1mm 細い下穴を入れる流派。SPF みたいな柔らかい材ほど下穴サボると後悔します。
タイトボンド III と 65mm コーススレッドで本組み。圧着 30 分待つと接着強度が段違いです。
ブライワックスのジャコビーンを布で擦り込み。1 時間置いてからウエスで磨くと自然な艶が出ます。
